2025年3月に入社し、この業界は初めてなのでまだ分からないことがたくさんありますが、先輩方から仕事を教わり、必要な特別教育や技能講習も順番に受講しています。最終的には土木施工管理技士の資格を取得するのが今の目標です。
I joined the company in March 2025, and since this is my first time in this industry, I don't know much yet, but I'm learning the work from my seniors and taking the necessary special education and skill training courses in order. My current goal is to eventually obtain a civil engineering construction management engineer license.

建設業界に興味があり、いろいろな人と話をするうちにどんどん興味が強くなっていきました。面接の時に社長から「未経験でもやる気があれば大丈夫」と言われ、その言葉に惹かれて入社を決めました。
I was interested in the construction industry, and the more I talked to different people, the stronger my interest became. During the interview, the president said, "Even if you don't have experience, as long as you have the drive to do it," and that's what I decided to do.

安全作業の基礎など、先輩方にたくさん教えていただき、本当に良かったと思います。まだまだ分からないこともたくさんありますが、日々成長しているのが実感でき、やりがいを感じています。
I feel that I am blessed to have such great seniors who have taught me a lot about the basics of work safety and other things. There are still many things I don't understand, but I feel motivated as I can see myself making progress every day.

休みの日は運動したり散歩したりしています。いろいろな場所に行って、いろいろな地域を訪れることができるのが本当に楽しみです。
On my days off, I exercise and take walks. I'm really looking forward to being able to go to different sites, which means I can visit different areas.
